A program that provides pro bono legal services to those in need. This effort is partnered by the William and Mary School of Law, Williamsburg Bar Association and the WJCC Community Action Agency. Our Agency networks with various communities to schedule legal clinics quarterly within low-income neighborhoods.

Transportation and on-sight childcare is provided. Free legal services are provided in the following areas: uncontested divorce, child custody and support, landlord/tenant, consumer law, employment law, bankruptcy, immigration law, restoration driver’s license and voting privilege.
